Default Showing source for attached messages

Sometimes when doing triage on a problem we need to see a message header. If we have messages sent to us as attachments I can view the message source header of the original message in Outlook. I'd like to be able to do the same in the Envoy interface.

What's Envoy? If you mean the Zimbra Web Interface then just right-click on the message and show original.

Whoops...sorry, I meant Zimbra. Right clidking on an email will show the original of the email recieved but not of the attached email and that is what I'm looking for.

My turn to apologise, I missed the 'attachments' bit. There currently isn't any facility to view the details of an attachment other than just viewing/printing it. You can file an RFE in bugzilla for that feature, you should also raise a case with support and they'll add the details to any bugzilla entry you create.

I've changed you bug number to a link, easier for people to find it and vote.

If you raise a support case for this (mention the bug number) you can have the details added to your bug for added 'weight'.

Default The RFE is gone

I posted an RFE 16625 and now can't access it to find out what happened with it. Any ideas?

You filed that bug with your support@ email address for your company with limited visibility. So I guess the answer is another question, what id are you logging into bugzilla with?
