Default Changing users display names

I had a user who's last name I mistakenly misspelled. I tried to correct the person's last name in the admin control panel for ZCS, however it was still displaying the old name incorrectly when she sent email out. I found that I eventually had to delete the entire account and recreate it, then import her old email. Has anyone else experienced this? This doesn't seem right to me. I'm running RHEL4 64bit w/ZCS NE 4.5.4(patched) 64bit.

Perhaps its wrong under "Options / Email Identities" ?

If you mean the account name was fred.smith@yourdomain.com and it should have been fred.brown@yourdomain.com then from the Admin UI you could simply have renamed the account. Is that what you mean?

Hey Pheonix,
The email for this particular individual stayed the same. It was user@domain.com. However their display name was something like "User Don Johnson". When I tried to change the display name to "User Jon Johnson" It still continued to say "User Don Johnson".

Oh, you mean the display name when someone receives it? If that's it then it's because the recipient has the name in their address book, they'll have to change the name in there. If you mean what's displayed in the 'From' column then that works for me if I change the Display Name.
