Blocking Specific Contents

Its possible to block some specific content in Zimbra Server, For Example, I want to resist users to send mail containing content Resume, in any form, as attachment, subjects, or in mail content, I want the total controll of resisting this type of mail from user side. Is there any way to do this in admin of Zimbra Server.

You can file an enhancement on that, and if you get enough votes for it, we'll work on it.

well you could scour the plain text of the mailboxes with a script to see if any 'resumes' we're sent...
but blocking -double wow- sound's like some company out in Yuma Arizona is getting protective of their employees.

but he's got a good point...we got spam filters...why not sensitive keyword filters?

Thanks - We have got strong recommend from our HR Dept, regards this , we are planning. if its possible to monitor from which mail it has been send also be good for us.

I could see doing something to help "identify" ( not block ) corporate secrets getting out, though that would be tough this way as well, but, are you blocking all other forms of e-mail on your firewall?
What is preventing them from sending via yahoo mail or googlemail, etc?
For that matter, walking out with a pen drive and sending from home?
Unless you frisk all of your employees on the way out of the door for CD's and pen drives, pda's etc., and block all http, imap, pop, smtp, etc., e-mail at your corporate firewall, I am not sure I see the point really.

If HR wants to see what people are doing, just mirror/forward all e-mail to and from the empoyees to their mailbox or separate duplicate mailboxes. You do have "Privacy warning screens" on all of the computers in you office right?

We have ADS, so its take care of all the policies, its not possible to take data using any external devices. The problem is we have File server, and have mail options to all the users, so they can send and share data's using mails, ZCS allows upto 6mb uploading of file.

My options is to screen some specific content. Has per your suggestions, Its not possible to mirror/forward all e-mail to and from the employees to separate duplicate mailboxes, Since we have about more than 400 IDS.
