How to change the user's display name format

We are just putting up our implementation of ZCS 5.5.4 Network Edition and where wondering if there was a way to change the default format for the way the generated display name for a user is created. Right now when you create a new account the display name is automatically generated as FirstName MidInit. LastName and was wondering if there was a system setting so it could be automaically generated as Lastname, FirstName MidInit.. Otherwise we have to manually change it whenever we create a new account. Using the last name first names the initial display of the GAL a bit quicker for the user to find who they are looking for.
