Default Turning off attachment html conversion

After doing a bit of searhing and browsing in the forums my understanding is that attachment conversion is not supported in the Open Source release?

I have it turned on somewhere but I can't find where to turn it off. When anyone clicks on an attachment there is no option to save it. It just pops up a window showing a Tomcat error that the conversion servlet wasn't found.

Did you install the Network version at some point? Then revert to the open source edition?

No, this machine has only ever had the open source version installer run. (there were a couple of attempts at it)

I do remember consiously selecting that option somewhere. It must have been at the end of the configuration before the settings were commited (where you set the domain, passwords etc)

I'm tempted to run the installer again and do a replacement of what is there (I haven't done much with converting users etc yet)

Found where I did it. There is a tick box option for it when adding a new account in the advanced step.

There doesn't seem to be an option to remove it once the account is created (unless I missed it). I've looked in advanced settings for the user logged on as administrator and as the user.

I'm assuming that the tick box while in account creation just shouldn't be there in the open source release?

I have and am getting this error.

I have tried:
Code:
zmzimletctl undeploy convertd
Code:
zmprov mcf -- -zimbraComponentAvailable convertd
Code:
zmprov mcv -- -zimbraComponentAvailable convertd
and created a new COS and moved users into it - still getting the error.
(and did run a zmcontrol stop && zmcontrol start as well as a cache clear between each command)
