Problem with multiple recipients mail

Hi all,

One of my users have send mail with 2 recipients and 2 cc.

All seems to be correct in zimbra.log:

But only one recipient (o.l*@vet.fr) have really receive this email and re-indexing doesn't restore this mail in the others mailbox ...

Any ideas with this trouble ? Many thanks in advance.

Today another person have the same problem ...
Should I upgrade to the last release ? Is it a known bug ?

I'm using Zimbra 4.0.4 (I planned an upgrade to latest release in two month)

Can I upgrade from 4.0.4 directly to 4.5.6 ?

So I'm on 4.5.6 server ... but problem still here ...

Can you post your /var/log/zimbra.log with the segment where it's happening?
