Restoring just one account from an old backup, to a temporary new account

Hi,

If i have one user who made a fairly catastrophic change to their e-mail (deleted a bunch of old items), about 3 weeks ago, and I still have a backup from that time period, can I use the following command to create a new account that looks exactly like theirs did a few weeks ago?

What will the login be? Same username and password?

zmrestore -a username@company.com -ca -pre <prefix> -lb <backup_label>
