In our business, at the end of a project it would be ideal to place all project-related info into a project-specific directory for archiving and searching.
We'd like to pull all emails from the project's folder and place them into that (windows) directory as well - removing them from the user's project folder at the same time.
What's the best way of achieving this? Is there any upcoming emhancement that would help?
