Default RFC Syntax Error

Searched through many many posts but nothing really helped me much with this interesting problem.

I get this error from my 'phones' voicemail to email' feature.

Apr 25 13:05:07 xMail-Server postfix/smtpd[29656]: warning: Illegal address syntax from mitel.myserver.com[192.168.1.5] in MAIL command: FName_LName@192.168.1.5

Looking into it, my instinct tells me this occurs because of a strict address syntax looking for < and > surrounding the email address. I cannot control FName_LName@192.168.1.5 to put it in < and >.

I have turned off all RFC's via the GUI to no avail. Can someone please tell me if I can turn off the RFC that is causing this error and which RFC it is.

Thanks a ton.
