Default custom themes

I'm on the network version and am trying to re-brand the theme. I followed the wiki instruction and used the white base theme. I uploaded my logo, and used the colorpicker to pick a test color. The tabs for Mail, calendar, etc... seem to overlap each other and do not have the right border. see attached. Has anyone else run into this and would you point me in the right direction?

BUMP.

I'm also curious too, the theme generator is nice, but I'd really like to know for example what BaseColorL5 maps to in the actual theme.

Is there a diagram someplace, so I can tweak each of the 50 or so colors by hand?
