How to create a shared mailbox?

I have several mailboxes that are accessed or shared by several users. One mailbox, many users. Users access this mailbox by subscribing in the user preferences under our IMAP mail server currently. I would like the same functionality under Zimbra.

Any suggestions? I have tried what the documentation outlines, but it does not work.

Keep in mind you can still use IMAP with Zimbra. Although this limits you to using only 1 account to access that IMAP account, so you lose any per user authentication.

Do you want it in the webui, or via an IMAP client.

If you want it through the webui, yes, I am serious.

If you want it through an IMAP client, then it is already available.

Ignoring the sarcasm, the Zimbra folks pump out a ton of features in a very small amount of time. 5.0 is not that far away. Of course, you can always implement something yourself as well.
