Time and Date Issue

As we are recieving mails we can see time for the current days mails and date for the previous days mails.Is there any option with which we can set both date and time for the mails recieved for the current as well as previous days

I don't understand your question. Why would you want to change the date that mail was received?

I want to view date as well as time for the current mails .It is letting me view the time for the current mails but not the date .Is there any setting with which i can view both date as well as time for the current mails

No, there isn't any setting to change that. The fact it shows the time means that it is todays mail.

Have a look in bugzilla for any RFEs to do with that, if there aren't any then enter a request and don't forget to vot eon it.
