How to Archive mails in zimbra

As we have bulk of mails coming in we need to archive the important mails so please help in archiving mails in zimbra.

You can export the mail accounts or download into a mail client to back it up if that's what you're looking for.. Archiving old mail could mean just about anything.

"Archiving & Discovery" is not an "archiving old mails" solution.

ZCS Network Edition (the one you pay for) has such a feature integrated. It's called HSM (Hierarchical Storage Management) and it allows you to move (in a transparent way) the old mails to another storage volume.
The idea is, of course, to use a fast/expensive/tiny volume for the main data (databases, new mails, etc) and a slower/cheaper/bigger volume for the secondary data (HSM).
