Check my previous post with the 1,2,3,4 steps listed.
As Homer on the Simpson's would say "DOOOHHH". Now I see it. I assume that I will be able to match up fields once I click on the import button.

Once I get the list of contacts I will post back how long it took and anything that might be of help to others.

Cheers to you !

You may want create an address within Zimbra itself and then Export it to a .csv file.

Then you will know what fields Zimbra is expecting and you can manipulate your data under that guidline.

In my experience there is no "Match Fields" portion of the Import. I haven't imported contacts in a while though so maybe that has changed.

My experience with importing contacts coming from Outlook (don't know about Exchange) is that it "just works". For any other source look at this Wiki page: Import and Export of Contacts. I found that you don't need all the fields, but you need a heading row and the column heading have to exactly match what's shown in the Wiki.
