    Question zmtrainsa - permission denied

    Hi,
I have just reinstalled again the lattest zimbra.

I have spam and notspam as training accounts.

When running zmtrainsa manually I get this error:

    [zimbra@myserver sturgis]$ zmtrainsa
[] INFO: Total messages processed: 338
[] INFO: Total messages processed: 0
    Learned from 0 message(s) (338 message(s) examined).
    Learned from 0 message(s) (0 message(s) examined).
bayes: synced databases from journal in 0 seconds: 111 unique entries (127 total entries)
/bin/rm: cannot get current directory: Permission denied
    rm: remove.c:378: AD_pop_and_chdir: Assertion `AD_stack_height (ds)' failed.
    /opt/zimbra/bin/zmtrainsa: line 27: 12209 Aborted /bin/rm -rf ${spamdir} ${hamdir}
    anybody?
I have the feeling that zimbra does not learn what it is spam. Spam folders are allways full.

    Thanks

    zmtrainsa is run via cron job "45 23 * * * /opt/zimbra/bin/zmtrainsa --cleanup >> /opt/zimbra/log/spamtrain.log 2>&1".

To run it manually, use this syntax "/opt/zimbra/bin/zmtrainsa <server> <user> <pass> <spam|ham> [folder]"

    Thanks for your answer jholder.

Are the junk folders supposed to be emptied automatically once in a while?
Even reporting junk mail, looks like the system does not learn... and I keep receiving the same sort of junk every day...

You're not running 4.5.4 are you.
    Upgrade. That was a bug.
