Still Looking to "Capture" all Incoming & Outgoing

I need to have all incoming and outgoing mail collected in a 'review' account. Any thoughts on how to pull this off?

Do you want to capure and review or just capture?
If you want to only capture, but don't worry about review, then you can add the always_bcc setting in main.cf

But mail still gets delivered.
