Is it possible to incorporate Zimbra email into my website?

I am wondering if I can incorporate Zimbra into my website...

I would like to search mysql database and display my email related specific email address to my website using PHP.

We have SOAP apis that would be better than trying to access the data yourself since messages live in the filesystem, mysql, lucene, etc.
