Question Board etiquette: A number of questions?

Hi All,

New to Zimbra and I have a number of questions (around 10) and was wondering about the best way to post - should they be individual threads or one big one?

Thanks,
Rob

I'm not the moderator, and I don't know what the "official" board etiquette is, but from another user's perspective I think you should post the questions separately. From past experience, not just on this forum, I've found that asking multiple questions in a single post usually leads to one of two things. Either people focus on one or maybe two questions when they reply so you end up posting again for the unanswered questions. Or different people answer different parts and the thread ends up being very disjointed. "Around 10" is certainly a lot of questions to post at once, so if the questions are related in any way you may want to combine a few into one.

Just one man's opinion.

That would depend on the questions and whether they are related. Generally you can post them in the relevant forums as seperate posts, it usually makes for better follow-up.
