Shift Key doesn't work in firefox

Help, maybe someone has a fix for this little problem of the shift key not working with Firefox.

When moving from one text box to another

This type of conversation gets to be a bit like pulling teeth.

Please describe the problem in detail. You should also look in bugzilla and see if it's been raised as a problem, have you done that?
