Default Domain names with single character segments

I am unable to create domain names that look like x.yyy.zz
The problem is that Zimbra considers the x. as not a valid name as this segment is made up of a single character. Has anyone found a solution or work around for this?

Thanks
Tareq

Welcome to the forums.

This subject has been covered before, search the forums. I also think there's a bugzilla entry for it, you can search bugzilla and vote on it.
