Default Custom Content Filter Messages

I've had a few users receive an e-mail from 'Content-Filter at ###.tld' with what appears to them a rather cryptic message.

Is it possible to modify the message, even if I can just add a bit up the top explaining what this e-mail is about or something like that?

Is it possible to modify the domain administrator's user name?

There are a couple of threads about custom content filters, do they help?

Nothing helps there. I'm not after a customer filter.

I'm after a custom message that the recipient receives when a virus is received.

At the moment the user will see an e-mail from 'Content-filter at ###.tld' with content like;

VIRUS ALERT

Our content checker found
virus: HTML.Phishing.Bank-1154

in an email to you from unknown sender:
yada yada yada...

Which for the user, they don't understand what it is and I get contacted.

Is there a way I can modify the template to be more user friendly. i.e. modify the 'from' username and modify the body template.

No ideas on how to customise these messages? Make them look a bit more user friendly?
