RSS/ATOM feeds

In the End User Benefits statement, it mentions RSS/ATOM feeds, but I can't find any more information on how to implement these?

To create a folder associated with a remote RSS/Atom feed (e.g. http://rss.slashdot.org/Slashdot/slashdot, just create a new folder (New > Folder > Subscribe to RSS/Atom feed checkbox). Feed updates aren't automatic in M2; you'll have to right-click on the folder and select "Reload".
