Is there a way to show all the addresses in your addressbook, and select several at one time when composing a new message, without doing a search for each name?

Also, is there a way for a user to create an addressbook group and then choose all the names in that book at once for an email?

1. For people with large address books this would probably be too cumbersome and too much of a performance hit. Perhaps answer #2 would work?

2. I think you are looking for "Contact Groups" which is available in 4.5.2 and newer. Using an asterix ( * ) as the search criteria while selecting the group members will retrieve all available addresses. The contact group would need to be updated as new contacts are added to the various address books
