Default Update from 4.0.2 to 4.5.0 getting "Relay access denied"

Hi,

As stated, after upgrading from 4.0.2 to 4.5.0 where everything seemed to work fine I am now getting "Relay access denied" on /var/log/maillog. Our users are not getting email from anyone.

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers.

Make sure you have the relay host in the admin ui set to localhost (I think).
Also, adjust the mynetworks tab as well. Are these outlook users? If so, you need to add them to the mynetworks tab

Can you be more specific in which tab and the field label for that setting?

I assume you're talking about the https://mydomain.com:7071/zimbraAdmin when you say "admin ui".

Couldn't find any tab saying "mynetworks". Maybe this is all too new for me. Once again, can you be more specific?

All the users are outlook users on the local network and they were working before the upgrade.

Thanks in advance.
