Default Couple of Questions

Greetings to all. Loving Zimbra, but I would like to be able to:

1. As company owner, i want to view other user's mail folders
2. I want to capture all incoming and all outgoing emails to a separate 'review' account

I'm sure I'll think of more questions but these two are big for me.

thanks

irv

You should be able to do this from the admin console.

Default Yes, I see that now, but...

what if i want to be able to review their mail from within my client login... something similar to the way Exchange would allow me to connect to another users mailbox or even open other users mailboxes upon startup of outlook. is this possible? i want another users folder hierarchy in my folder pane (in addition to my own folders, in a separate hierarchy)...

am i making sense?

Default Not unless they share them...

If you are reading your mail from a normal non-admin login session, you have no privileges beyond the normal ones.

As of the next major release, users will be able to share their mail folders in much the same way they can share address books, calendars, and notebooks now. Once they do that, you'll be able to accept the share of their mail folders, and the "mountpoint" will appear in your folder hierarchy.
