 Duplicating an inbox
I have a user, who, for legal reasons, needs to have his inbox duplicated to another inbox. For new mail, I'm auto forwarding it. But for old mail, when I search it, and view messages, it is rendering some messages read where it may have been unread when I got to it (and honestly, I've got so many interuptions that I can't remember what was read and what is unread). I cannot clue this user in to the actions of the legal department, but I do need to figure out how to silently duplicate his existing inbox so I can do some advanced searching. Any ideas? |
