How to display time and date in "Received" column

In my inbox tab, it only displays date or time for each message. Now, I want to display both time and date in "Received" column. Please tell me how to configure to displays both time and date.

I don't think that's ever been formally requested before. Please take a pass through bugzilla and file an enhancement request if you can't find it already in there...
