    Hi alim lim,
Sounds like a real problem with domain, you didn0t post the real domain, but please check if everything is ok here: intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health

And also try to use Newsletters spam test by mail-tester.com and try to have the high-score possible.

If you want, you could put a real domain and we can check it.

    Tell us how goes.

    Best regards

when I go to intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health and that had error :

Recursive Queries I could use the nameservers listed below to performe recursive queries. It may be that I am wrong but the chances of that are low. You should not have nameservers that allow recursive queries as this will allow almost anyone to use your nameservers and can cause problems. Problem record(s) are:
    19.25.36.30

and then I check with my resolv.conf (/etc/resolv.conf) that configurate as below :
    nameserver 127.0.0.1
nameserver 19.25.36.30----> THAT IS EMAIL SERVER.
    nameserver 20.192.230.31----> ( ISP PROVIDER).

how to solve that problem ?

    best regards,

    alim

    and other errors is :

DNS servers responded ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:
The ones that did not respond are:
    20.192.230.31

    best regards,

    Hi alim lim,
You need to have two, at least, public DNS. Right now you have problems with your DNS 20.192.230.31, maybe google is trying to get your DNS info about your domain, and then othing can obtain of this DNS, it will be because the server is down, or port 53 is closed, or also DNS service is not installed, etc.

My advice is use your domain ISP for have two or more DNS with MX, A, WWW and SPF/DKIM entries.

If you need more help, please send me a direct message and I can help you.
