Question Zimbra being used as SPAM

I have someone plugging in my Zimbra server and spamming. In my configuration is enabled authentication, use SSL, but the guy has used in plugging and command from = info @ domain that does not exist and sending emails out, in theory he could not do it, how do to enable a form of blocking this kind of thing?

I don't really understand what you're saying here nor have you given any (required) information about the exact version of ZCS that's in use. Have you looked at any of the forum threads on compromised accounts, spamming problems or even the wiki article on investigating and securing servers?
