Is the user replying to a message, or creating a new message?

Did you clear the cache, recent upgrade?

No recent upgrade. Cache flushed. Browser is IE6. Error occurs on both new emails and replying to emails.

I'm running a 4.5 release, so I guess it wasn't fixed. FYI, I'm in the last few days of my eval period for NE.

I upgraded to 4.5.3 GA edition over the weekend since my NE trial expired and I needed the DST time change fix. Today users are reporting that they are still getting the following error when sending an email. We seem to think it only happens if you compose messages in a new window, but not confirmed.

Have they cleared their cache?
I assume this is IE only, right?
