Hi.
After upgrading from 4.5.1 to 4.5.2, now all emails received in plain text UTF-8 encoded don't show extended chars.
This happens with ALL clients (Outlook with ZCO, Thunderbid, Web client, etc)
Is somebody experiencing this problem?
Thank you!
Hi.

Is somebody experiencing this problem?
Thank you!
I have the same problem on my test system. Also after the upgrade from 4.5.1 to 4.5.2.
Simon
In order to reproduce this locally, can either of you attach messages exhibiting this issue? The easiest way to do this would be to send an email with "extended characters" to another account on the system. Does the copy in your Sent folder display correctly? Does the copy in the recipient's folder display correctly?
For both the "Sent" copy and the recipient's copy, please post the "Show Original" of the message as attachments to this forum...
Message received.

Same test but sender is different : it's now sent by a 4.5.2 Zimbra (through the french-translated WebUI) running with LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8.
Receiver is still 4.5.2 Zimbra with LANG=en_US.UTF-8.

My (receiving) server is in English : LANG=en_US.UTF-8.
The difference I'm getting is beetwen a mail sent by Outlook 2003 and one sent by Zimbra.
And, to be more precise (and that's why I posted the pic) the subject in the mail is correct, it's the "first line preview" (while there's actually no first linein these messages) in the messages list that is not.
