Default "zmprov ma" on all accounts?

Is there an easy way to apply a "zmprov ma" command to all accounts or do I have to run the command for each account individually?

Default COS or account?

Is this something that would be better changed on the COS?

Maybe, can you set an entire COS to maintenance mode?

Default zmcontrol maintenance doesn't work

Unfortunately, 'zmcontrol maintenance' has no discernible effect. It doesn't change status in the Status command or the admin console, and it isn't preventing people from logging in and managing their mail. Are there any additional flags required?
