Default Disk info not getting logged

I have the 4.5.1 open source edition of Zimbra running on Suse 10.0. While everything seems to be working great, I seem to be having one problem with the disk info being displayed under server statistics. The only thing that is displayed is: data are not yet available. This is shown on all of the tabs (hour, day, month, year).
I've searched and searched all of the posts here and compared all of the suggestions to my install but I don't seem to see anything out of the ordinary.
Any help would be great!
Thanks.

Are all the other tabs also showing "no data available"?

You know I just tried the suggestion of switching the code that member ccmacmil wrote in one of his posts:
"Zimbra Disk Statistics, non-EXT3 Volumes" Now I seem to be seeing graphs. I guess I must have been using reiserfs and not EXT3.
Thanks for getting back so fast though.

Is this, by any chance, a ReiserFS system? If it is then there's an entry in bugzilla with a suggested resolution.

Well how do you like that? My Server Stats are also not getting loaded since upgrade to 4.5.0.

However I am using an ext3 file system in FC5.

This is what the gengraphs log shows in /tmp:

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table 'disk_aggregate' is marked as crashed and should be repaired at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmgengraphs line 161.
Error executing select distinct(host) from disk_aggregate with
Table 'disk_aggregate' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Table 'disk_aggregate' is marked as crashed and should be repaired at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmgengraphs line 162.

Can't call method "fetchall_arrayref" on an undefined value at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmgengraphs line 225.

Any ideas?
