Why cant i log in the Admin console?

HI! im new to Zimbra and im using open source.. any one got any idea why i cant log in the Admin console... https://IPADDRESS:7071 is the admin console but it always say ACCESS DENIED. can some one help me?

This question/problem has been raised many times in the forums - a quick search will find them. I'll ask the usual questions: if you have any firewall or SElinux installed then disable them; what does a 'zmcontrol status' run as the zimbra user show?; can you telnet to tport 7071 on the server?
