I am working with a client that we decided to use the zimbraInterceptAddress to forward all emails for their sales people to their CRM for email lead tracking which worked perfect. However after putting it to use we noticed that its forwarding drafts. Is there a way to disable that for the zimbraInterceptAddress function? I know we can setup filters but then we run the risk of the end user "accidentally" disabling it.
