Default Problem to activate "offline" zimbra license

    Hi everybody,

    I have currently a license for 1000 accounts. I ordered 250 more.
My server don't have an internet connexion.
250 accounts have been added by the GUI (does not work in prompt comande).
To activate the license, I got the activation file on Zimbra Support Portal.
I tried GUI and command prompt but in the admin interface, the license is not activated.

    Code:
    [root@serverMail bin] #./zmlicense -A "/tmp/activation.xml"
    [root@serverMail bin] #./zmlicense -At "/tmp/activation.xml"
File is not a normal file.
    [root@serverMail bin] #./zmlicense -c
    license not activated for 8.0.5_GA_5839

    Thanks you for answer.

    Hi,

Please check again is ur /tmp/activation.xml (License file is correct or not), regenerate or download it from Zimbra Support Portal

    Try following Steps :-

    [root@serverMail bin]# ls -l /tmp/activation.xml ## File permission/ownership should be "zimbra"
    [root@serverMail bin]# su - zimbra
    [zimbra@serverMail bin] $ zmlicense -A "/tmp/activation.xml" ## Offline License activation
    [zimbra@serverMail bin] $ zmlicense -c ### Check License status

Also check output of following command
    [zimbra@serverMail bin] $ zmlicense -p | grep -w AccountsLimit

    Problem is solve.

The LicenseId was not good between the activation file and the license file.
I generated the activation file with the proper LicenseId. My problem is solved.
