    Take a look at the spamtrain log to see if that helps:
    /opt/zimbra/log

    See if there's anything useful in there.

    Thanks it helped alot

    My problem which others might run into this was.

    My server is mail.company.com so the spam address was spam123@mail.company.com

    well I changed it to spam123@company.com and added an alias to it.
    Spamtrain couldnt find the mailbox so I added another alias that was spam123@mail.company.com and now it seems to be working fine.

    I had to do the same for the ham address.

    Btw it only takes messages forwarded as attachments. But it does process them just fine if sent to an alias my alias is imspam@company.com
