Default I cant access zimbra web interface for Admin or Normal zimbra web access.

    Dear All,

Sorry to bug you with a question that has been asked several times. But i don't know where I've done wrong. I've been doing zimbra installation several times with success but this one is giving me headache.

I cannot access zimbra via web interface for admin or normal login screen. However during installation i got one error "DNS ERROR - No A or AAAA record for tbc.go.tz."

Am using Zimbra Open Source 8.0.6 with Ubuntu 12.04
    here are my settings:

    Mail Server IP: 192.168.1.6
    Local DNS IP: 192.168.1.9

    Eth configuration
    Code:
    # This file describes the network interfaces available on your system
    # and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5).

    # The loopback network interface
    auto lo
    iface lo inet loopback

    # The primary network interface
    auto eth0
    iface eth0 inet static
            address 192.168.1.6
            netmask 255.255.255.0
            network 192.168.1.0

            dns-nameservers 192.168.1.6
            dns-search tbc.go.tz
    Resolv.conf
    Code:

    search tbc.go.tz
    /etc/hosts
    Code:

The error is self explanatory, you have no valid DNS A or MX records - from your previous post:

    Code:
DNS ERROR - No A or AAAA record for tbc.go.tz.
. This has been covered many times in the forums and the Split DNS wiki article.
