I noticed that the web mail has a method to pull email via pop3 from other mail servers. If I set up multiple pop servers will the server automatically poll and push the emails to the Outlook client via ZCO? Or will the pop3 accounts only be checked when the user logs in to the web mail.

Yes, that's the way it works at the moment - you need to hit 'get mail' Check in bugzilla for a resolution and vote on it.

I don't know that there's a bug for the ZCO initiating a POP session. (Want to file one?) The bug for periodic POP/IMAP aggregation is bug 14527.
