    Default Zimbra Web GUI issue

    Hello,
    We had a power failure today, and after getting everything restored I have single email account that is not about to log into the web GUI. The error that the Sessions has expired constantly comes up. The weird parts are that I can connect to my email via my phone with no problem (sending and receiving). No other users are impacted by this issue. I have tried everything I can find online, but nothing at all has worked. Any thoughts from anyone? I can just wipe my account, and restore it... But, I'd rather not have to take that route...

    Something similar is happening to me. I think itīs something with the Chrome ( since last update ), and maybe Windows XP.
    When I open Chrome and I connect to Zimbra, everything goes well.
    But for most of the people, we made shortcut through Zimbra tools-create shortcut to desktop. Some people working with this shotcut ( opens full screen in Chrome), when they try to read a attached file, opens a new windows, when closes this new window to go back to the emails, loses the Session connection and they have to reconnect again.
    How can we solve this?

    This may be obvious, but have you tried clearing the web browser cache on the client PCs that are having the issue?

    yes. but sometimes it works and another times not.

    The difference i think is open chrome as shortcut or do it as normal chrome

    We have customers with a problem with the last Chrome (this week update) when they use a shortcut too.
    They can not scroll within the ZWC and it (the ZWC) hangs within 30 seconds ("page doe not respond").

    Everything works "normally" if they launch Chrome in the standard way then open the ZWC URL.
