Custom headers: indexing in IMAP, and searching

My users get a lot (lot) of bugzilla mail, and have in the past used the bugzilla custom headers to search their mail effectively. There are two barriers for them now that I've moved them to Zimbra:

- the X-Bugzilla-* headers aren't indexed and are therefore not searchable by IMAP clients like Thunderbird

- you can't search on an arbitrary header (though you can filter on them!)

Does anyone know how I might go about getting Zimbra to index additional headers for IMAP and/or (preferably and!) web-UI search?

I think this is bug 7384 in bugzilla. If so, please vote for it! (It has no votes at present, which indicates to us that the user base doesn't really care much -- if that's not the case, you have to let us know so we can prioritize the bugs and enhancements.)
