Administration consol

So I am new to Zimbra and have installed it. I can log in to view the admin mail but how do I log into the administration console? What is that URT?

When I point to that in a brower i get a prompt to download some kind of bin file. What is that?

Make sure you're using https not just http

Some details of what you've tried already and a better description of the problem might help. Have you actually tried using HTTPS?
