I have a new server installed. Just starting to test, but have been stopped because of an error that we are receiving. User logs in and uses Zimbra fine for a while, then she gets kicked out with a error on the login screen - "A network error has occured, please correct any errors and retry". The user cannot log back in for an hour or more.
I cannot find any errors that correlate to the time when she is booted, except in '/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log' - there is a "SessionCache - 1 idle session was closed" type message. These do seem to correlate with the problem, but they occur other places in the log file as well.
This is a clean install of 4.5.0RHEL4_64. User has tried IE 7 and Firefox. I had her purge all cookies after the last time she got kicked out - to see if it had somethig to do with a session cookie, but that didn't seem to help.
Has anybody seem this one before?
