Why did you not install the most recent version of ZCS? Your description doesn't really tell us much about your configuration: is it behind a firewall; is it behind a NAT router; have you opened the correct ports in your firewall or NAT router; have you checked that all the services are running; have you looked in the log files for any errors; have you looked at other forum threads on this topic; which operating system is in use; what happens when you try to access ZCS from the 'web'?
    Regards

Hi Phoenix thanks for replying and sorry for late reply...

i installed zcs 7.0.1 because i'm used on configuring centos version 5 and i'm not sure if the recent zcs will run fine on my machine.. it is behind a firewall so i have configured a split DNS and disabled selinux and firewall...and yes i have seen the other posts on this forum regarding this matter i have tried some of what they suggest to do but it's still not working on my end...

Hi Phoenix, Thanks and sorry for late reply

i'm using go autodial 2.1 and it runs on centos 5.10 i'm not sure if the recent zcs version will run on my machine since most of the recent version runs on x64 too... and i'm used on configuring my current OS...anyhow i used split DNS actually i followed all the instructions here in the forum threads to successfully configure splitDNS and install zimbra however the domain http:mail.domain.com:7071/zimbraAdmin is not responding...

here's a status of zmcontrol and i can't find tomcat in it

    antispam Running
    antivirus Running
    ldap Running
    logger Running
    mailbox Running
    mta Running
    snmp Running
    spell Running
    stats Running
    zmconfigd Running

here's a netstat of my domain

    tcp 0 0 mail.domain.com:ldap *:* LISTEN
    udp 0 0 mail.domain.com:domain *:*
    udp 0 0 mail.domain.com:ntp *:*

    tcp 0 0 *:7071 *:* LISTEN

i checked other forum threads having the same problem that says it might be the nfs / portmapper but i don't have problem on my machine...let me know what else you need...

    thanks in advance..

Hi Phoenix, my reply isn't showing on this thread so sorry if i unintentionally spammed this... i have no idea how to upload the logs in here but anyway thanks and sorry for late reply

i haven't installed the recent version of zcs because i run a centos 5.1 32bit OS on my machine and as i can see they only support x64's so yeah... and i configured a split DNS i disabled the iptables as well

here's what i have on zmcontrol status

    Host mail.mydomain.com
    antispam Running
    antivirus Running
    ldap Running
    logger Running
    mailbox Running
    mta Running
    snmp Running
    spell Running
    stats Running
    zmconfigd Running

i'm having trouble uploading it on the thread whenever i upload the file it clears my reply.... and i also checked other forum threads but it didn't helped me as well... when i try to access http://mail.mydomain.com:7071/zimbraAdmin it's not displaying anything..

    Thanks for your kindness
