login screen problem

I have a user that cannot get to the login screen of zimbra. He is on a laptop and is using both IE7 and Firefox. The tricky part about this is the fact that if he is not on the network, it works fine. He can also use his wireless card to login to zimbra and then switch back to our network, and zimbra works fine. H e just gets an error when he tries to get to the login screen from inside our network. The error says this "AjxWindowOpener is undefined" Does anyone have a clue why this is happening.

Did you clear his cache? Also, is there some sort of antivirus script blocker?
