You need to give some indication of what you mean by that. What doesn't work, what errors do you see in the log files, what happens when you try to sned an email? Have you also followed the wiki article on the subject of relaying? You should always give the exact ZCS version that's in use by posting the output of the following command (you should also update your forum profile with that information):

    Code:
    zmcontrol -v

Relaying is simply working..But authentication failure is the problem. Client host
rejected: Access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command)
. So i think i want a username and password for this relay. How can i setup this..

Do wait a bit longer than two minutes before asking for a solution. Have you read the wiki article on the subject or relaying through a server that requires authentication (I asked you this earlier)? You still haven't provided the asked for information on your ZCS version.

I know i want to set authentication. I did what ever it says in zimbra wiki.
    like,
    $echo mailrelay.example.com usernameassword > /opt/zimbra/conf/relay_password
    $postmap hash:/opt/zimbra/conf/relay_password
    $postmap -q mailrelay.example.com /opt/zimbra/conf/relay_password
    $zmlocalconfig -e postfix_smtp_sasl_password_maps=hash:/opt/zimbra/conf/relay_password
    $zmlocalconfig -e postfix_smtp_sasl_auth_enable=yes
    $zmlocalconfig -e postfix_smtp_cname_overrides_servername=no
    $postfix reload

After all of this.. I just send one mail to a user . But it reply's that "554 5.7.1 <bba601386.alshamil.net.ae[86.98.87.168]>: Client host rejected:
Access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command)". What can i do..? Is any further step require..? plz help
