Outlooku .pst import program

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to import a .pst file into Zimbra. I downloaded the program (ZCSImportWiz-4.5.0_GA_611.exe) from my Zimbra admin (Zimbra 4.5). When I try to run the program it flashes on my screen but exits instantly without any warning or message.

I tried to drag & drop the pst file on the program but then a cmd window pops up and displays the following message:

Failed to initialize import parameters.
Unable to initialize XML DOM. Document not initialized.
Exiting.
Press any key to continue . . .

I'm running on Win XP SP1
MS Office 2003

Does anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to the forums. Just as an aside, I think you must be the first person from Iceland (that I know of) that's posted on these forums.

There's a bug with that version of the program, there will be an update to ZImbra 4.5.1 (which will include a fix for that tool) available shortly.

I'll just wait then... have been waiting for years for something like Zimbra so I think I can wait a few days more
