    Default Multiple SMTP Servers

Hi, I'm having some problem with SMTP Servers. Here is the situation.

I have an external SMTP server that is giving me some headache with outage, so, I'm trying to make a second SMTP server inside my office using Zimbra and a dedicated link that I have. I point my smtp name to my IP in the domain and the SPF1 to my office's IP address.

I was able do setup my domain into the zimbra and send e-mails to other domains. My problem is that I can't send e-mails to my own domain. Ps.: My POP server is external too.

    Is that something I'm missing?

    Thanks in advance.

I don't really understand what you're describing here. What's your "external server" and what do you mean by "My POP server is external too"? Why are you using 'external servers' and what are you trying to achieve? You should also post the version of ZCS that you're using, post the output of the following command (and update your profile with this information):

    Code:
    zmcontrol -v
    Regards

Let me see if I can be more specific.

My company pays for Hosting, DNS and e-mail service from a hosting company. My problem is that this hosting company has been having some outages on SMTP service. So, we want to build a SMTP server into the my company's infrastructure to have a redundant SMTP in case of one fails.

    SMTP Hosting company: mail.uolhost.com.br
    SMTP My company: smtp.mycompany.com.br

I hope it's more clear now.

    Thanks.

Not really unless you're talking about a backup server, are you? Why don't you just have the mail delivered to your own server (and sent directly from that server)?

Yep, it will be a backup server, but only to send e-mails(SMTP) and not receive(POP3). I can't make my server the main e-mail server because I don't have the infra to make backups datas and everything.
