Default Use HTML Client Based on COS?

Is there a way to force a specific group of users based on class of service to use the lite HTML client?

    Thanks,

    RobertJ

Not currently, however, that sounds like a great idea.

Would you mind filing a request for enhancement in our bugzilla?

    Thanks

    No problem. Bug# 14181 created.

I am going to look into using a Zimlet to force this to happen for now. My thinking is that I can use a zimlet always redirects the user to the /h version, and only include it for the classes of service that need it.

Probably won't work, but we'll see...
