Default Lots of spam. Ideas?

Hello guys,

We are receiving more and more spam everyday. We are receiving more spam than with our old mail server. I'm pretty sure smth is not working properly. Is there a way i can check what's happening? In case everything is working can i get the antispam to a higher level?

Thanks,
Fernando

Did you upgrade to 4.5 lately ?
If you did, read (fully) this thread : upgraded to 4.5 (OS edition), now no dspam?

Yup. I'm pretty sure that's my problem.

I only have these 2 files "bayes_seen bayes_toks" under my /opt/zimbra/amavisd/.spamassassin folder.

Any ideas on how can i fix this? I don't have a backup of those folders i guess.

Thanks,
Fernando

If you don't have those folders (which was the only workaround) then you'll have to wait until 4.5.1 is released.

Ok, np

I hope this dot release will fix the problem from the root of it and not make the fix explained on the other thread.

Thanks!

Of course there will be a fix, the information on the bug report was a 'workaround' that one user found worked for him - it won't work for everyone.
